Meeting with the Chinese Ambassador

On April 9 of this year, a meeting was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Uzbekistan Yu Jun, at the Center for Analysis of Democratic Processes.

During the meeting, the Chinese Ambassador recognized it as particularly important that relations between Uzbekistan and China have been rapidly developing in recent years in the political, socio-economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres. He noted that he was closely following the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, and also appreciated the importance of deepening interregional ties and cooperation.

During the dialogue, issues of further strengthening ties between research and analytical centers of the two countries were discussed, in particular, establishing cooperative relations and exchanging experience with Chinese think tanks and the Center for Analysis of Democratic Processes.
