A training seminar was held for the Centre's staff.

The Centre for Analysis of Democratic Processes organised a training seminar on "Fundamentals of Information and Analytical Activities" to improve the qualifications of its staff.

The seminar provided participants with theoretical and practical knowledge on organising information and analytical activities, writing analytical reports, processing data, and using modern information technologies. Lectures were also held with the participation of experts in the field of international and regional security, and special attention was paid to further strengthening the sectoral knowledge of employees.

The practical part of the training included exercises on preparing information and analytical documents. Participants developed important skills such as analysing data, proposing solutions to problems based on sound evidence and developing forecasts.

At the end of the workshop, a meeting was held with the Centre's management to discuss the relevance of information and analytical activities and how to improve their effectiveness. At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to the participants.
